Please use this number if you have any questions about the product or if you would like to order/reserve the product by email.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we're happy to help. Just email us directly and we'll take you through the process.
Shipment
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please select your country or region. If your country is not listed, please send us an email and we will check shipping options and costs.
This is a difficult question, as shipping costs depend heavily on weight and/or volume. It is therefore difficult to calculate the freight costs exactly (especially as the weights of the individual items are not yet accurately recorded in most cases). The calculated freight costs are therefore ONLY an indication or rough estimate (upwards). You will receive the final freight costs with the invoice.
In Germany, shipping is free for orders over 250 €.
In Europe and the rest of the world, we check whether we can waive shipping costs for orders above a certain value (case-by-case decision).
We only run this business as a side business, so picking and shipping of goods only takes place once a week. In addition, there is the transit time for shipping (depending on where the delivery address is). In urgent cases you can also contact us directly and we will try our best to fulfill your wishes.
We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
