Phelps, S., Catalog of the Official Certificates/ Cubiertas of Colombia, February 2019, catalog with information on the rarity of the unique money insurance certificates that were issued in Colombia from 1865 to 1909 (listed in the Ascher as postal stationery), the illustrations are mostly in color, 45 pages, the only Cubiertas catalog known to us with valuation information, fresh off the press. So far only available once from the Langlais library, as the interest is probably much higher, we are currently trying to obtain the catalog from America.
