Description
Circulars of the Royal Hanover General Post Directorate with the postal regulations 1814-1865, complete and in a legible copy in 6 paperback volumes bound by F. Meyer, some still with adhesive labels that can be removed without loss, well preserved, plus a 4-page article in copy from circular no. 65 of the Hanover ArGe by Heinrich Munk about the circulars (we are currently dissolving a large part of his library, H. Munk had originally discovered the originals of the circulars as a postal official and made them available to philately), plus the last year of the circulars from 1866 to the Prussian occupation, which could only be found later, and also the table of contents created by Werner Steven. The irreplaceable primary source for every serious postal history collection of the Kingdom of Hanover! #72282
